Enhance bib management functionality by adding sequence detection and improving UI state synchronization. Amélioration de l'interface utilisateur pour la gestion des dossards : ajout de textes d'aide dynamiques, refonte des boutons d'action et ajustement des styles CSS pour une meilleure présentation.
